Learning Disability Voices comprises charities, not-for-profit and independent sector companies who provide learning disability services in the UK, together representing 20% of the total sector provision. The group exists to champion the learning disability sector and push for crucial policy changes to ensure a sustainable future for quality learning disability care.
The Outcomes Star both measures and supports progress for service users towards self-reliance or other goals. The Stars are designed to be completed collaboratively as an integral part of keywork. Each point on the star relates to a scale of expected attitudes and behaviours.
ISO 9001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system. Organizations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
