Supporting people on their journey towards greater independence
At Eden Futures we take the risk presented by Covid-19 very seriously and we are constantly reviewing our support for service users and staff teams so that they always have the best support possible. All of our guidance is written in line with government updates so that we can be assured that people living and working in our services have access to the correct information.
If you are visiting any of our services, please follow the staff instructions about what you need to do. They will ask anyone visiting any service to wear a face covering and will offer you a mask to wear if you have not brought one with you.
If you are visiting any of our offices, you must wear a mask in line with the most recent government guidelines. You will be offered the correct type of mask to wear if you have not brought one with you. You will be asked to declare that you are symptom free, and you will be directed to where you can clean your hands. Hand sanitisers are available throughout each office and in services. If you are visiting one of our offices, please follow the signs to ensure that you are always 2m away from anyone else.
Staff members will always have access to the most up to date risk assessment for their working area and on an individual basis; this will be available to them on our intranet site, ERNIE.
