Training Administrator


Title: Training Administrator                                      

Service: Head Office             

Salary: £15,400pa

Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm                        

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Training Administrator to provide admin support to the Training Team.  This is based at Head Office and is a 12 months secondment

 

The training administrator will provide a business like point of contact for all staff and visitors relating to training.

 

You should be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication, administrative & organisational skills
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • An ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a Team
  • Flexibility/reliability
  • Professionalism

 

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Hospitality
  • Admin duties including some typing, post etc.
  • Planning training schedules
  • Liase with staff, trainers, managers and external agencies
  • Ensure staff are registered and monitored through the Diploma
  • Ensure NMDS and Zoho are maintained and updated
  • Undertake general administrative duties
