We are looking for an exceptional individual to become Specialist Service Manager
You will need to be conscientious, enthusiastic and proactive to oversee the development and successful running of our new services.
You will need to be a strong experienced individual with drive and commitment who is looking for a new exciting challenge. Someone who is looking to take their career to the next level.
You must have experience in developing and supporting staff teams who work with people who challenge services.
This role will involve developing and supporting a robust transition for people who significantly challenge services with a variety of needs, therefore the role will initially require that you undertake some travel and potential overnight stays to develop the care plan and therapeutic working relationships with the individuals.
You will need to ensure that the support in the service is dynamic and responsive so that each individuals identified outcomes are always at the forefront of all support that we offer and complete outcome stars for each of our service users.
You will need to exhibit a style which gets the best out of the team and recognises strengths and attitudes therein, be confident to take responsibility and take action where needed.
The specialist service Manager needs to influence the work of the employees by leading by example, you will also need to communicate the culture, goals, and the requirements of the Senior Team and Organization. You must be able to successfully plan, organize, direct and monitor the work of the individual roles of the employees which will in turn give a high performance staff team that is focusing on continuing improvement.
You will need to have the ability to listen and support others, gain trust and show understanding by recognising different perspectives
Have the experience of managing services and ensuring compliance.
Experience in working with a range of needs, for example Autism, Learning Disability, Personality Disorder, Bi Polar and other Mental Health needs
