Job Title: Regional Administrator
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to join our administration team at our Lincoln Regional Office.
You will need to be professional and business like, as you will be the first point of contact for all staff, service users and visitors.
You will be required to undertake all aspects of administration and be competent in answering the phone, forwarding calls and taking messages as appropriate.
You will be required to complete the onboarding tasks for new staff such as, obtaining references and DBS checks, making staff files, checking right to work documents etc.
In addition you will support the Area Manager and Team Managers with any administration tasks including minute taking.
You will also be required to undertake any adhoc duties such as filing, photocopying, sorting post etc.
