Learning and Development Administrator


Department: HR / L&D Permanent Full Time, 37.5hrs per week

Reporting to: Group Learning & Development Manager

Salary Band: 1

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to Support The Training team as a Learning and Development Administrator

The L&D Administrator provides a professional point of contact for all staff and visitors whilst providing essential administrative support to the Learning & Development team.

Duties:

· Produce weekly/monthly management information reports

· Monitor key performance indicators in relation to mandatory training compliance, course attendance and cancellations

· Undertake administrative process to supportive training programmes including creating new user accounts, booking training, updating attendance and maintaining databases

· Produce registers, training resources and venue information for each training event

· Monitor course bookings and attendance taking appropriate action to ensure all training spaces are occupied

· Ensure all training resources are in place to support each delivery

· Monitor the completion of induction and probationary competencies, reporting any risk identified to the Group L&D Manager

· Support the Group L&D Manager in the preparation of the annual training plan

· Record minutes for team/standardisation meetings, ensuring that these are accurately typed and distributed

· General administrative and reception duties as required, including typing, filing, photocopying, sorting post, responding to emails, answering the telephone, maintaining a record of visitors and ordering stationery
