Description of Vacancy
Base: Rotherham or Newark – with occasional travel to other offices or locations as required.
The company are currently operating a hybrid working system therefore this role provides the opportunity to work from home at least 2-3 days per week.
Eden Futures supports people aged 18 and over who have learning disabilities, enduring mental ill health, autism and associated complex behavioural needs. We focus on increasing independence and empower individuals to gain or regain skills to help them live independently and recover from illness in the most unobtrusive and least restrictive manner possible.
Due to the continued growth of the business, we are recruiting for an internal Recruiter to join the expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support the business in providing HR Administrative support to the HR Team and wider operational departments.
The Internal Recruiters’ main duties will be:
• Assist in managing new applications, ensuring they are logged and responded to on day one
• Organise and book interviews, ensuring the correct documentation is sent to the interviewing panel
• Organise offer letters for successful candidates and ensure we have the correct documentation to complete the pre-employment checks
• Complete rigorous pre-employment checks in line with company procedures and legislation
• Ensure the workload is prioritised and we are responsive to the business needs
• Work to the company KPI’s and ensure completion of daily tasks
• Organise and attend recruitment events externally and assist the recruiting managers in interviewing
• Ensure we are applying Eden Futures’ branding to all external literature
• General administrative duties as required
We are looking for someone with excellent and proven administration and IT skills, including Excel and Word and ideally experience within a similar role or be able to demonstrate transferable skills.
