Title: HR Recruitment Advisor
Location: Based in Rotherham but some travel is required as part of the role
Hours: Part Time – 3 days per week
Closing Date: 13-Feb-2019
Salary: £12-15k (£20-25k FTE pro rata)
You will be responsible for monitoring recruitment needs across the region. You will contribute to recruitment activities by organising the use of attending recruitment fairs, media, social media and liaising with regional manager and external agencies. As part of the role, you will also screen initial candidates and then facilitate and oversee the interview and selection process and work closely with the HR Manager and HR team to identify process improvements. You will also need to establish the most effective methods of local recruitment for existing areas and also new areas of growth to attract the best candidates.
We are looking for someone who has an understanding of the qualities needed in a support worker, who can multi task, juggling lots of different jobs as this is a very busy job. Who is passionate about Eden Futures and what we do and also has an interest in social media and developing innovate ways to attract candidates in a competitive job market. You’ll need to be self-motivated, able to problem solve and have good communication skills as you’ll be working closely with managers to support them in filling their vacancies.
You may also be required to provide recruitment support across other areas of the organisation as and when required therefore you need to drive and have access to a car.
