Recruitment Administrator


Hours: 37.5 hours: Full Time, Temporary for 6 months

Location: Newark Head Office

Salary: £15,270 – £18,000 depending upon experience

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to work within our small busy Recruitment team supporting us with various administration tasks, duties include;

  • Place internal advertisements on job boards, social media and other websites.
  • Monitor, filter and action emails received into the various recruitment email accounts inc internal and external accounts e.g. Indeed etc
  • Telephone screening CV’s and applications and arranging Support Worker interviews
  • Processing data about candidates and dealing with queries
  • Attend recruitment fairs, distribute flyers, posters in local areas with the support of the regional HR and Operational teams
  • Supporting on ad hoc tasks as needed

About you;

  • Experienced in doing administration work and confident using word and excel
  • Excellent phone manner and a desire to want to help and find solutions
  • Able to deal with change and conflicting priorities
  • Enjoy being part of a team who is reliable and trustworthy given the confidential work our team does
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
