Yorkshire Case Study Luke* has lived in Bradford since Eden Futures’ service opened in 2015 and receives daily support for autism and a significant learning disability.

Through his childhood, he struggled to engage in daily life and spent three years living in a secure unit after his mental health significantly deteriorated.
