Supporting people with a learning disability is the foundation of our service.  Through years of experience, our staff team have a wealth of knowledge to call on when responding to the needs of all the individuals in their care.

We provide high quality, person centred care, support and enablement for people with disabilities and support needs.  Developing services around the individual at all stages of their care pathway from support following discharge from Hospital environments to supported living and outreach support to access the community.

Here at Eden Futures we support a large number of properties throughout the country which are home to people who have support needs. By taking an innovative approach to client care that focuses on the individual’s unique requirements we can deliver a care package that is both appropriate and effective.

We can specialise in the provision of care for a wide range of enduring mental health illnesses, Asperger’s Syndrome, complex learning and physical disabilities, as well as autism and acquired brain injury.  All of our care staff have the expertise to be able to deal with many different challenging behaviours through comprehensive and client specific training.

Shaftesbury House Information Day

Shaftesbury House in Chorley is extending an invitation to it's Information Day on Friday 19th January from 10am until 3pm. Representatives from Eden Futures and Care Housing Association (CHA) will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, to make you a drink and offer you a biscuit or a slice of cake. Shaftesbury House is a community supported living service for individuals with Autism and disabilities (learning and/or physical), offering 8 self-contained apartments all with access to care and support over a 24 hour period, 7 days a week.
